    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @Fidomobile My case was closed without any explanation on 2g use. C214095741 Waited 2 hours on call 4 transfers and no resolution.

    Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    @cptsilvertooth @Fidomobile I cancelled my service with Fido too. Everyone else should do the same
