    @Fidomobile went back to India and there were incoming messages for code verifications that I wasn’t aware that I would get charged. Fido charged me $45. I did confirm with customer service agent when I signed my contract. The Cx agent is not helping at all. $45 is outrageous.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The only reason this phone companies is still in business is because of physical stores. 2 hours on the phone waiting for customer service. Somebody recommend a better provider. Thanks

    @Fidomobile @CCTS_CPRST: Hello, your wait time over phone is 3 hours this is crazy, I have issue with credit card payment, My payment went through Nov 2nd but stills I am owning to Fido 2 bills
