@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Leaving Fido forever, never coming back. It’s been more than week now since we are face troubles with internet and everytime we are getting the same reply from the technicians that there is an outage in your area. They can’t fix the outage in a week?

Hey @Fidomobile why did you never fix your web site? It's been what, ~6 years and I STILL can't update my credit card on your prepaid site? "Oops, that didn't work!" (a 5xx error in your JSON API). I gave you VERY DETAILED debugging info the last 2 times, for nothing?

@Fidomobile And the best part is I'm paying for a service that I haven't even gotten yet.

@Fidomobile despite the #fact that in the #service call with case number i1713060409 your sales rep said that the price would never increase? Does #fido condone lying to get people to sign up for plans?

    Straker (@Onelovepeace7) reported

@Fidomobile Watch out because Fido will rip you off with their roaming charges. They say they will only charge you if it’s on but that’s a lie. If you go out of the country they charge you $15 per day whether you use it or not!!! Time to CANCEL Fido!!! You’ve been warned.

Leaving @Fidomobile and never coming back! From their deals and awful buggy website to irresponsible customer service! I'm just done! I've been on a call with their damn customer service for more than 2 hours, many times, trying to resolve the issue they made!

@Fidomobile 4) I reached out to customer support specialists multiple times over the past two days and asked them to update the charges from $180 to $5 and they simply said they can’t do it.
