3/3 The customer support experience is really pathetic. I found them to be very incompetent. They ask the same information repetitively. @Fidomobile on the other hand charges 7$/mo as temporary suspension fees on top of device. This is logical. Not full monthly plan + device.

@Fidomobile your network sucks. I have not had any service for the past 24 hrs now and there is no reason for it. How can I be paying for a service and the service is not being rendered. I think I'll be moving over to someone better.

@Fidomobile Why won’t your customer service team honour an offer that is listed as an exclusive offer in My Account? It seems like a strange strategy for a long term customer (pre Rogers) when the offer is clearly visible to me and when your competitors offer the same or better.
