@Fidomobile Update Live Human at the Shop types in SIM card into computer in about one minute, solves 3 more problems, and we test the gear in the shop and it works. Live human 100 points

  • LaerayaFPS Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported

@Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@Fidomobile @DJBryson Similar issue with me. I've been charged 84 bucks for no reason and after waiting an hour on CC, they informed me no reversal of charges

  • renukamendiss renuka mendis 🍉 (@renukamendiss) reported

@Fidomobile @_v_e_n Still trying to get a solution and want the refund I'm changing services

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@Fidomobile But why should it apply..my device is a one plus 5g device. This is just a manufactured way of charging customers.. you're making customers leave your service by this tactic

  • djparfaiti 👑🤍💎🚜🚛🍎hundredfoldseeds=EAT❄️🌴⚓️🍐🍇🍒🌸🍧👑 (@djparfaiti) reported

@Fidomobile thanks but I can’t call if my phone is not hooked up and doesn’t work I will look into store in person but I am going to cancel all my services soon if this isn’t fixed thank you

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@rasendunanavati @Fidomobile @Rogers Exactly the same issue..have a similar phone and been billed 84 bucks on this with no reversal by Fido. Phone interaction- I2429037112

@renukamendiss @Fidomobile I have already changed. Right away I switched, the VoLTE function was automatically enabled and saved me from using any of Fido's 3G. My device works perfectly, it's Fido's policy with OnePlus and now they are charging ne for their own problem. Crazy people.

  • Who_knewit Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported

@Fidomobile I was an idiot, please forget I sent this.

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.
