    I can’t believe at the terrible service @Fidomobile is providing me. Been with you guys for over 10 years and you cannot offer any solution for these unwanted charges. WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions my account was compromised and i have registered complaint to customer care and on Twitter as well and left voice msg for fraud team as well still no call back. Not able to login to my account as well. Very poor service from @Fidomobile


    @TruckChudmore @Fidomobile Was a customer for over 10 years with teksavvy, when we moved we wanted to transfer our number over to the new place, they told us no problem. After we moved they told us, they couldn’t do it. So we ended up going to Fido internet and Rogers cell. No more home phone!

    After 6+ different calls, 4 different departments, 3+ hours on the phone, 1 store visit.... @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I think I am finally be losing my patience😩 thank u for the efforts but I don't think my issue will ever be resolved

    Last year, @Fidomobile's parent company, @Rogers made more than $2 billion in profit. It couldn't make an exception when the longtime customers, that had never missed a payment, called to ask for compassion.

    @Fidomobile Warning to customers. The link doesn't work. After hours waiting on hold on the phone I'm told it's only available for new customers. There is never anything for existing customers and this is false advertising. Losing loyal customers Fido.

    @Fidomobile Hi. I've signed up for a new service with Fido and a new phone. However, in my Mobile Dashboard, it shows a greater amount of money for the monthly payment program for my phone and my wife's. Who can I speak with to get this corrected?
