Not impressed with @Fidomobile tonight. Usually they have been my go to choice and have always given great service. Seriously considering moving my 5+ lines to another carrier. All my lines have great upgrade offers but they won’t offer the same to my most expensive line.

@Fidomobile is the biggest cheater, Charged me $180 extra last month with promise to wave it and now again added $54 of extra chrg and did not even correct the last month's bill. Have spend over an hr with customer service they are apologetic but helpless #shame #dido #Cheater

Out of curiosity does @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile value their existing customers because I’ve been with Fido since 1999 and I communicated with the CRTC and they basically told me IN WRITING that there are better companies out there that respect people with hearing issues.

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Thanks. It’s iPhone and WiFi-assist was disabled. Home’s WiFi has been working well since I had been watching YouTube during that period. Any data should not go through cellular stream. @Fidomobile should have technical issues on billing system. It occurred a few times.

@Fidomobile hey! So a bad customer experience over the phone is what is going to push me to change providers! Agents interrupting while customers talking not a good way to start my morning.

Hey @CRTCeng @Fidomobile @Rogers can you stop these service Canada fraud calls? ******* annoying! It's been two straight days.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@georgehuang_mrc @Fidomobile No provider would know how the data is being used, only that data was used. Privacy issues. Which app used the data should be measured by your phone. The providers only know total data used.
