    @Fidomobile -why can’t I text? Why can’t I call? Why aren’t you answering your phones? Thank goodness I have a landline with another company. I’m in London and you say I have no outage. YES I DO!

    @Fidomobile Hey Fido, I like how when service is down you disable access to Fido answers and the helpline. Terrible service getting worse.

    @7c7ff8d058224fb @Fidomobile I used my friends phone to call the helpline and it said “cannot take your call now.” I know **** happens, but this has been going on for at LEAST 5 hours now.

    @FidoSolutions Not only has there not been service for hours, your customer service is a complete joke. Online chat = "sorry unavailable right now". Call in = "due to unforeseen circumstances unable to take call" and I get dropped. Really? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
