    Raised a complaint @Fidomobile on Nov 22. No solution yet. Have been approached by 4 different associates asking for my FIDO details, to solve a complaint that "why am I receiving monthly bills when I am not a FIDO customer " Pathetic service and complaint redressal @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile usual crappy service from a major company. I’m at a Fido store but they cannot cancel your service and will not accept the equipment until you call customer service with the usual lengthy delay. More competition needed or we will continue to get crappy service!!

    @Fidomobile #Can #Canada Do not activate the phone with Fido, if you need ant mobile phone. They are terrible customer service and lie to customer. They offer when you sign up, but you will get different plan or discount when you get the actual bill.

    @Fidomobile and @FidoSolutions you have disturbed me enough and i am done with you guys i can't to parents i can't use google maps to commute i am using someone else's wifi to tweet @Fidomobile doesn't care about their customers and you love mentally torturing your loyal customer

    @Fidomobile Very garbage service. Called customer care to deactivate service temporary. Now getting unexpected bill. Feels like customer service representative was sleeping. Very poor service. Good way to collect the money from customer. @FidoSolutions

    @fido i just spoke to the most Disrespectful , loud mouth , ignorant manager i have ever spoken to cant wait until they listen to this recording NO COMPANY is going to overcharge me or DISRESPECT ME when i do pay bills ON TIME @Fidomobile ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM

    @Fidomobile This was a really great gesture from @Fidomobile. I wish with the ongoing internet crisis in Iran we could also get better Intl. rates so we didn't have to go to other Intl. service providers which didn't feel any empathy like our carriers to bother at all in these hard times.

    @Fidomobile has blocked my number just 4 days ago and today they have again blocked my number help me out @FidoSolutions
