@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @AboutRogers Recently I received a phone bill of three times than the plan I choose. After the communication with Customer service I came to know that I have been charged for making calls to airlines (toll free number). How can you charge for toll free?

@Fidomobile Hi 👋 guys i just wanna share one of my terrible experiences i had recently with rogers. I recived call from rogers .and a person told me a device you return to us has missing part They told we will charge you whole of price of phone and i was shoked maybe this call is scam call

  • drmericanocello Nira Cain-N'Degeocello (@drmericanocello) reported

It only took me 30 min to cancel my @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile plan!! That's time I'll never get back. Bye bye won't miss ya :)

  • HocKeysidhu 🏑 (@HocKeysidhu) reported

@Fidomobile Hi i guess i have very clearly explained 3 issues that i experienced so i dnt feel i have to explain it muliple times . It looks like fido people are intentionally rolling on things .

  • HocKeysidhu 🏑 (@HocKeysidhu) reported

@Fidomobile Valerie you know you are the 15th person to whom i am explaining the same thing 🙁. Everytime new person bumps in and say good things but no resolution 😠

  • SiddShuklafan Naina (@SiddShuklafan) reported

@Fidomobile you lost me as your customer because you are no longer allowing people to get a phone who used their overseas passport to sign up with you. I have been with fido for last 4 years and now I have all Canadian Id proofs but you guys made nothing works.

  • GrolChris Chris Grol (@GrolChris) reported

@Fidomobile Also, misrepresenting your goods at point of sale is a violation of consumer rights act. However, even presented this information, Fido continues to avoid fulfilling refund, lies to its customer about promising refunds and create barriers to receiving customer service

  • GrolChris Chris Grol (@GrolChris) reported

@Fidomobile any reason fido sells devices with known battery defects, misrepresent their goods, then makes you go through 25 different people across 5 calls, and get 3 different types of advice? Also, 2 staff saying they will email us to initiate a refund, but never doing so?

  • Tr_1815 thilakam rachuri (@Tr_1815) reported

I was on the call for almost 3 hours and yet there is no proper answer. The problem was, @Fidomobile didn’t charge for all the airlines toll free calls. @Fidomobile choose randomly to charge the bill three times more than the choose plan. #needresponse
