    @Fidomobile I'm not very happy with your customer service. I've been waiting on live chat logs for over 2 weeks now. What is going on over there? I'm trying to resolve an issue but agents keep saying they'll leave magical notes on my account that other agents never see apparently

    @Fidomobile - Unable to contact to customer care as bot is always disconnecting asking to check with fido chat support. i was told i ll be contacted in 48 hours snd it has been 4 days without a call back.

    @Fidomobile I would like to file a formal complaint with Fido management for their roaming charges. Basically the customers are charged for roaming at $15 per day regardless if they use this service. This is totally unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Your “add an extra 5 hours of data” program is BS. It doesn’t work and you ALWAYS get an error “please connect to the Fido Network” 25 times I’ve tried.

    @Fidomobile why would I get sent a text for 5 gigs of data only to have no such offer show up in my account and then after talking with an agent for an hour being told maybe try going into a store that they can’t help me. Not impressed.
