    @Fidomobile Think'g of becoming a new customer? Think again. Fido will add a $12 'default' roam'g chrg to your bill - even if the only call placed while roaming is to your own Fido vm.

    FIDO is a big CHEAT COMPANY. They cheat international students and the OSL at Walmart is helping them. They mislead and the associate named Mandy with FIDO is rude and disrespectful. I have got a bill of CAD 232 when I was told I will get 60 Cad @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile a friend is trying to reach you ALL day with no succes - your customer service number has very long holds that abruptly end - your virtual assistant Ask Jack also terminated sessions - no response through e-mail This is bad customer service Fido

    @Fidomobile They will tell you the only way to 'opt' of the unauthorized chrg is to add a 'services block' which prevents a customer from connecting while outside of the country. They will also tell you such charges can't be reversed and will try and upsell a new plan instead!

    @Fidomobile finally said yes to a win back deal after two years, got my first bill, received a single credit for a month rather than 2 months, feels like a complete scam. Please fix how your billing works or be more clear to customers so that we at least say no.

    Hey @Fidomobile , way to dodge responsibility. No changes to my billing info but Fido can’t process my automated payment but laying blame on my bank with zero explanation or RCA. Yet the same card is working fine for Fido internet. 7hrs on call,no resolution! @Bell here I come!
