@Fidomobile My family has been trying to deal with Fido for days! We purchased a laptop for my Deaf Brother. He has asked us to help him figure out his Fido stuff. Yet they will not speak to us and want a Deaf person to call in? This makes sense.

FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.

@Fidomobile are a bunch of liars who just don't want to take ownership of the issue but instead say credit will apply next month yet it doesn't. Bunch of crooked people at @Fidomobile
