@Fidomobile if one exceeds the data limit do you guys send any warning and then alert for adding more data's and then the customer needs to accept the terms and conditions to proceed?Or how it will work?

@fizz_ca @Fidomobile it seems you misunderstood my post as me saying that your service wasn't working. that wasn't it; i'm not a subscriber anymore partly because you (still) do not offer voice-based tech support (and generally fail at support, as this thread and DMs witness)

@ms_oraaa @Fidomobile Just looking at your Tweets.... and it seems like you have the worst luck with companies. Is it possible that you are the problem? Just a thought.... you seem to be the common denominator.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m in Going Kong. Didn’t get a text from the local network and need to know if I can roam or need an add-on. Impossible to speak to anybody at Fido. My account number is in Canada so can’t register on the help app. Can you help?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I am fed up with Fido. My phone worked fine until about three hours ago. No help on the help line. I received the message "not registered on network." This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I need to find a reliable cell phone company. 😠
