    @Fidomobile why does it take 3 months to refund me my overpayment yet, if I owed @Fidomobile money and didn’t pay for 3 months, I’d be taken to collections. Help me make sense of this. 😒

    @Fidomobile I won a Solo Pro wireless headphones a month ago, I completed all steps, filled up a form and didn't get any news or confirmation from Fido. I chatted with an agent who couldn't help. I submitted my question to Fido community forum and still no answer. What can I do now?
