@Fidomobile after being a loyal customer for 6 years I am so beyond frustrated with the service I have received continuously for the last two years. This is going to be a long one but I’m fed up. January 2019 - YOURE company calls me to offer me a new phone and plan, everyday

Everyone be aware of roaming charge from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions requested to block roam service and still got charge for the services I didn’t use. Won’t waive the charge for a 20+years loyal customer. Very disappointed and will cancel my account once my contract is over!

@Fidomobile now want to charge $15 to change your mobile plan if you speak to an agent on the phone but this service is free in person at a store. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION against disabled people and those who have issues with mobility. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS AND THE BBB

@PurolatorHelp @Rogers @Fidomobile Ordered new phone from FIDO somehow they ship device WITHOUT a street NAME? Doesn’t help that the confirmation email doesn’t show the address, just the city so no way of knowing this until you manually track the order on the Purolator website

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile - did you silently removed the customer support with only automated dumb IVR? and if the dumb IVR doesn’t understand your ask, it’s ask’s would you prefer a call back from specialist tomorrow or next day or the day after. What about today, what about now? #Fidosucks

@JonnyHTown @Fidomobile Also, I've been a loyal customer for a few decades and I'm seriously thinking of switching. This is really bad , not even on bill is clear what they charge for. Very disappointed.

  • djpinksky Vanessa Mulvey (@djpinksky) reported

@Fidomobile every department is in a different city. I believe for a fact that you will make it impossible for a customer to reach a resolution by transferring and given them vague information so they will give up and just pay the bill - NOT ME. After 6 years of being a
