    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile When will service be restored, still down since yesterday morning. Got an email saying that it was repaired this morning but it's not. Spoke with tech support 3 times which hasn't helped.

    @Fidomobile I was trying to port my number for past 3 days. Not a single customer service person was able to help me out. I am just being transferred form one department to other. And now they are saying. Even though my number is not ported, I have to pay? Why? Worst service ever

    After 20 years as a @Fidomobile customer, I left today for @RogersMobileCa (which I realize is the same company). September 26, 2002-December 28, 2022.

    @Fidomobile Hello Customer executive has given me the plan and in that plan he offered $ 10 credit for 15 months but in contract nothing mentioned about credits and its been twice that happened executive telling some thing and not mentioning in contract.
