    @Fidomobile After receiving an email from you 15mins ago outlining these unauthorized changes to my account, I tried calling your customer service dept, and apparently it is impossible to talk to a live customer service representative for a full 24hrs. This is unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Spent all afternoon with such poor results Also was told there is any then there isn't a loyalty plan department This is not how a company should conduct business
