Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported@Fidomobile - No budget for customer support? Only IVR and if you need to talk to specialist, call back appointment only after 2 days. And for any reason if you miss that call, schedule another again after 2 days? #fidosucks

Bear Dog (@2076ckm10) reported@Fidomobile So, again, was supposed to get a call at 3:30. Got a text at 3:00 pm to confirm. Still no call back. So now what? Followed your advice and nothing? This company is not even as reliable as a pet, ironically. Store people are telling us service is brutal.

After 30 minutes they told me to use your online assistant but I just get a response saying it cannot cancel an order for pickup at a store. I’m tired of the run around and would like this fixed please.
