  @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

  Hey @Fidomobile customers , are you aware that loyal customers are offered 1 gig of data for $45.00 but new customer offers are 6 gigs for $45.00. Just an example of customer loyalty . I don’t use all my data and was looking to reduce my plan . Fido loyalty ?

  @Fidomobile I had ordered a device 10 days ago. I have no idea whats happening and the excitement is already down the drain. While placing the order, it was mentioned I would get it in 2-5 days but I havent received any update on it yet. I have to travel on Saturday and I need it

  Hey @Fidomobile why are you only offering some customers extra free data due to the week long power outage in Ottawa? I was told it is not possible despite knowing several other customers who you helped.
