    Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

    Hey @Fidomobile I ran out of data but I can’t activate my 5 free hours of data because I ran out of data so I can’t use the fido network AND activate my free data. Is this a catch 22? @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile I have 8 gb data remaining in my bill cycle but for some reason I'm unable to use it, spoke to the customer care executive he told me to reset the network settings and I did that but still the data ain't working

    @Fidomobile I made a 49sec call ("60cents/perMin"), however I was charged $1.20. Are you so evil and greedy that you have to steal 60cents from a person that's on a prepaid phone plan?! Capitalism at its finest. #CORRUPTION Fix It!

    @Fidomobile Plz hav better coordination between sales,chat customer care team & retention team.Due to lack of coordination & communication, clients like myself will end paying over $5 per month over two years. Fido client of 10 yrs with this level of service, Kudos Fido!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I ended up with 1 hour discussion over call. And been told that the extra charges can’t be reverted, as it’s already paid through the automatic payment. Now I need to know who else is facing same issues and what’s the solution or compensation?
