@Fidomobile hi; why was I charged long distance calls that I made through WhatsApp by Fido? I called your customer service and was told that WhatsApp charges and uses your network so I talked to them and they only use data not a cell network of Fido! Unbelievable by Fido 😖

@Fidomobile asked I need to cancel, give me email I’d or way to cancel online so that I don’t have to wait for long , response is there is no way you can cancel , you have to be in queue again to cancel it.
