  I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

  @Fidomobile worst service have to wait 5days in advance to talk to representatives and ask Jack is scam. You guys have become unethical trying to steal every month. I'll be going to CCTS complaints. Telecom has become a joke in Canada thanks to you guys.

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

  @Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.
