We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?
