    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Any alert about Fido extra fees customers pay right left and center. The $50 service charge for walking out of family plan, another $50 fees transfer of responsibility (what ?!), $50 fees for setting wireless account. All that just to have your own line instead of family plan

    @Fidomobile #Canada @Canada Do not sign up the mobile phone with @Fidomobile in Canada. They have terrible customer service and lie to customer They will offer when you sign up, but you will not see the those offers as discount or credit on you real agreement.

    @FidoSolutions do something i am unable to leave my home without internet connection because i rely on Google maps. Please do something i have to go out for a meeting and i am stuck. @Fidomobile I'll change my connection if this problem doesn't gets fixed

    @Fidomobile Your customer care is just tossing calls with other departments and saying things are slow, wait a minute and then put on hold hoping the caller would terminate. I was in line 1:30 hr before they disconnect only to say hello and confirm identity.

    @n0_usernme @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions No I don’t I only have the xs max so it’s been a while since I upgraded lol as long as my phone works then I really don’t care to jump into the trending model but I wanted to treat my self to a new one lol

    @Fidomobile.. trying to reach you for more than one week, your in-person customer service is the worst, couldn't help me at all with one simple request. The "deal" you offered from 3 months ago still doesn't work. Planning on changing to a better provider. Thanks!

    @Fidomobile Labelling Spam calls does nothing to help the issue. Declining calls just fills your Voicemail inbox which is already ridiculously limited so you can nickel and dime customers with Voicemail expansion options. Are you tracking these Spam calls?
