@Fidomobile I accepted your 'win-back' offer in-spite of my bad previous experience, however after four weeks - I still haven't received any response. I shouldn't have to waste my time to, maybe I should have listened to my better judgement and ignored your offer.

  • shollins77 Sarah Hollins 😷🇨🇦♈️🐾 (@shollins77) reported

@Fidomobile just credited me an extra 5GB of data for 6 mo. No charge. For being a loyal customer. And that’s why I’ve been with them for 14yrs. Thanks!

  • Jorial JORIAL (JO.hn RI.chard AL.lan) (@Jorial) reported

Has anyone ever tried to submit a claim to @Fidomobile for a replacement lost/stolen phone? Well, that service gets outsourced to a company in Texas, and the process thus far has been an absolute f*****g nightmare.

  • Hi_Its_Me_Nay Nay. (@Hi_Its_Me_Nay) reported

On the phone with @Fidomobile for almost 30 minutes for the last three billing cycles over the same issue. I hate it here.

  • cmonlinda cmonlinda (@cmonlinda) reported

@Fidomobile you lied. Due to the rogers outage, I had little service on July 9th. I paid for Fido Roaming on July 9th and was only able to use my phone for a small period of the day. I was expecting a $15 credit for the Fido Roaming for that day, but received nothing.

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

  • sagar89508912 sagar (@sagar89508912) reported

@Fidomobile I booked my mobile on Aug 2,2022! According to your website I should receive that phone within 1-2 business day! I never received it so I called customer care, and ask for details! They said might gonna take 2 weeks, I replied , if i will not receive mobile by 14 aug

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS With all being horrible, it may be worth calling all to see who is the lowest price but clearly the biggest ones do not offer better service over the smaller ones.

LOL the compensation from the Rogers @Fidomobile outage is not even 10 dollars! **** you Rogers.

  • hmendes00 Hugo Mendes (@hmendes00) reported

My wife and I were really happy with a service from @Videotron (Our internet provider) where they had a salesperson knocking on our door asking us to switch to them (for mobile services) and leave @Fidomobile. There was a catch though. 🧵 (PT 1)
