    Hey @Fidomobile I know sometime an item can't be availlable, but when it's a used one on your site and it can take up to 2 weeks to ship it, I rather have the option to cancel a two years plan and bring my old one instead so I can use the service i'm paying with a working cell.

    @Fidomobile What a bad experience with cx care today waited for 1 hour for tech support and when they come on phone answer rudely and can’t find solution for me. Been with fido for 5 years and so disappointed with there customer solution specialist.

    Hey @Fidomobile . I was just kicked off live chat after waiting almost an hour!! I really need you to stop sending me marking material in the mail. This is the 4th time that I am trying to stop this. We can't even get the service you provide at our current address!!!!

    @Fidomobile worst customer service! Both n chat box and over phone. Spend 2 hours for a simple request and still waiting over the phone . I will certainly change as soon as found better offer

    @Fidomobile terrible service and chat does work. Just signed up for a new phone and paid 268.00 down and then site crashes and all the money goes on my bill now have a credit for 268.00. no response from anyone

    @Fidomobile Internet not working and customer care wait time is 45+minutes. Insane. Spend hours just to speak to the customer agent? What is this 1960s?

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...
