Franz Thomas™ (@FranzThomas) reportedHow is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

Kirito96 (@kirito_9668) reported@Fidomobile your AI is ****!!! I'm having issues with the phone no longer detecting my sim intermittently everyday and you dumb AI can't send me to technical support. It's wants me to schedule a call and keeps on asking about making a payment.

Kudzie Chasosa (@chasosak) reported@Fidomobile the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am moving my line to @Bell. #fidosucks

Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Jayant (@jayant_vohra1) reported@Fidomobile I have trying to contact your customer support while i am in india for a while and there is no way to do that. Is that how you support your customer ?
-
Nojan Emd (@EmdNojan306) reported@Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile my service is cut and you'll be paid on 2 days from now and you won't restore service. Wtf has happened to you guys? In the middle of a cost of living crisis for Canadians you bring in draconian rules that screw us harder than you've been screwing us?

Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

Tom McIntyre (@Shuzeke) reported@Fidomobile Please help, I accidentally selected change plan on one of my numbers and now I will be charged to pay out my phone amount, it was an accident
