@Fidomobile Charged $60 for an account when I didn’t even receive the sim card. On 8th jan, i was assured that my account will be cancelled with no charges. Still have a balance owing. After a 2 hr call with C.S rep, I was told to pay for a service i didn’t use. Unacceptable.

@Fidomobile ...when a customer does not make a payment, you are after his or her life to ensure payment is made. However, when you have to make a payment to your customer, you will ensure to not make the payment and torture your ex-customer.

@Fidomobile your website sucks. Cant get ahold of anyone.. you keep sending me emails to call you guys but you know..you guys cut my phone off so how am I supposed to call you?

  • Barrett_Muni Graham Barrett (@Barrett_Muni) reported

Unimpressed with @Fidomobile. Got a new Pixel 5. Thought Cool! 5G! but they don't support 5G. CSR says "nowhere on our website does it say that Fido offers the 5G network" but it also doesn't overtly say that they don't, and they're promoting 5G phones. Feel scammed. #misleading

  • Its_Wadhwaaa Sidhant Wadhwa (@Its_Wadhwaaa) reported

@Fidomobile Kudos to the Fido customer support. #SuperQuickResolution I am glad I opted for Fido as my first connection in Canada :)
