Canadians, I am seriously considering dropping @Fidomobile after four months of trying to get my phone upgraded with yet another "oh it's going to take the head office 10 more days to look at your request"-type delay... I know they're all bad but any recs?

Why does @Fidomobile have the absolute WORST connection ever?!? It's like like playing telephone as a kid, but realizing you're efforts to fix the issues are futile, you're essentially the kid from "The Sixth Sense" and the CS don't actually exist, nor do you...

@Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.

@roof_talks @Fidomobile People use phone numbers as a method of signing in to things? Email addresses are typically what's used for usernames because they're more secure, and offer a good channel to send "password reset" emails. Why would someone use their phone number for a login?

If you need human-based service, might think again re’ @Fidomobile; 30+ in queue, already 20 minutes waiting.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions kindly find someone to make a proper working app. The design is bad, viewing my own information works horribly and putting money in my account isn’t working. Off to the store we go … again…

@Fidomobile Last few days when I open the app it redirects me to a browser window and won't let me log in. My family, also on Fido, same issue.
