    @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.

    @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.

    @Fidomobile & @Rogers, UR mobile customers would appreciate U configuring customer service support queues 2 call us back, rather than have us wait on the phone for extended periods of time (unless U call first thing in the morning) Please add your hours to after hours recording
