    @Fidomobile Hey Fido, I like how when service is down you disable access to Fido answers and the helpline. Terrible service getting worse.

    @Fidomobile -why can’t I text? Why can’t I call? Why aren’t you answering your phones? Thank goodness I have a landline with another company. I’m in London and you say I have no outage. YES I DO!

    @7c7ff8d058224fb @Fidomobile I used my friends phone to call the helpline and it said “cannot take your call now.” I know **** happens, but this has been going on for at LEAST 5 hours now.

    @Fidomobile what’s going on with your service today? I can’t make calls, can’t connect to maps to get to my medical appointment, says no internet service and data isn’t kicking in, text messages are not going through! Unacceptable! I can’t even call you! Only internet w/wifi
