@Fidomobile complete and utter lack of customer ownership by Call Centre. Never depend on the commitments given by their Call Center Agents or even email confirmations sent by them. They will turn around and say that nothing can be done.

@Fidomobile @cbcmarketplace Why doesn't Fido take it's customers complaints seriously. I attempted to contact technical support for two days and keep getting cut off. Nobody does anything to help me. I'm stuck in quarantine with a phone that doesn't work, why don't you care?

@Fidomobile Maybe you can find a solution why your call centre calls me 4 times a day, everyday. I have opted out more than a dozen times and keep getting calls. I am on the no call list so you are in VIOLATION! 844-277-6919 FIDO SUCKS!
