    @Fidomobile disgraceful way to treat customers. Luring people in with an attractive price and then quietly increasing it just months later is deceptive and completely unacceptable. Don't want excuses or a generic explanation of your pricing policy. FIX THIS.

    @Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @Fidomobile Hello I have a hard time to talk to a person or reaching you by email I canceled my account in November 2024 and you owe me $5 since. I was told I would get a cheque in June 2025 but I never did I’ve been trying to make a contact since but it’s unsuccessful
