@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Someone at Fido needs to make it right. The customer service experience is abhorrent, have to wait 45 mins to speak to monster managers that don’t have the ability or the human decency to be good people. This is disgusting, just another broken company ripping people off.

  • MinorityCdn Minority Report (@MinorityCdn) reported

@Fidomobile/ @FidoSolutions I've been with you folks for about 17 years. Is it too much to ask for 3GB data added onto the existing account? C'mon, make this #Ramadan special by gifting a loyal customer with some #datalove.

  • butlerp butlerp (@butlerp) reported

@Fidomobile Hoping you can help! I won a Sonos speaker in the Fido Xtra contest - but purolator just delivered an envelope and all it had was a card that said "Enjoy your Fido Xtra Perk" - will the speaker follow?

  • bestboyvr bestboy (@bestboyvr) reported

@Fidomobile im speaking to Rudraksh on chat and I haven’t received a response in over 10 minutes. Is this normal? As a customer I would like to be assisted asap.

@Fidomobile the company is fraud... Please never purchase their service... I am an international student landed a month ago, these the sales man has misguided me and eventually they are charging 633 dollars as a phone call bills!!! Pathetic

  • janetmarieroger January Marie Rogers (@janetmarieroger) reported

@Fidomobile don't kick me off the call at 9am when your automated voice tells me your customer service operators are available Mon to Fri at 8am. WTF

  • CwithAnArm Carmelo P D Caruana (@CwithAnArm) reported

@t24_north @Fidomobile What was the issue that led to your sentiments? I’m curious if it’s the same thing happening to multiple people?

  • leocamish2 Jose Leonardo (@leocamish2) reported

@Fidomobile worst customer service ever. They rude and incompetent.

  • thelightphone light (@thelightphone) reported

@CircularLogic89 @hopeucanhearme @Fidomobile While we do have many Canadian users currently, we've seen some inconsistency between users on the same carrier/region recently which has led us to temporarily curtailing shipments until we can get more guaranteed support from carriers that can promise full compatibility.

  • mdnaseershah Md Naseeruddin Shah (@mdnaseershah) reported

3/3 The customer support experience is really pathetic. I found them to be very incompetent. They ask the same information repetitively. @Fidomobile on the other hand charges 7$/mo as temporary suspension fees on top of device. This is logical. Not full monthly plan + device.
