    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Such a pathetic service they have. I have been waiting for my home internet modem since November haven't received it yet. And when ever try to reach them they just keep transferring to other departments and i end up waiting for hours.

    @Fidomobile is honestly the worst with their customer service. If you're planning on choosing a mobile service and expect any sort of response or customer service when in need of help, pick any courier BUT Fido.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Spoke with multiple consumer irate specialists since morning and nobody is willing to find a resolution to my problem. The manager just won't step up and attend my call. Made me hold for over one hour without any response. #worstcustomerservice ever. #fido

    @Fidomobile literally DON'T GET FIDO IN YOUR LIFE. They charge you 150 dollars of international roaming when you didn't even use the service. Furthermore they have held my 150 deposit for more than a year when I ALWAYS payed on time.

    1. Decide phone bill is too big. 2. Phone @Fidomobile. 3. Wait for callback. 4. Hold. 5. Speak to useless 1st-tier support. 6. Hold ~30 mins for retention. 7. Spend 45 mins negotiating and waiting on their technical difficulties. (Nice lady though.) 8. End up somewhat satisfied.

    @Fidomobile must be the most trash provider ever - how you give my number to someone else when I literally called to ask to temporarily suspend my number bc Im travelling? How do you make “mistakes” on bills by charging calls I clearly never made? 😤😤

    Trying to get detailed past invoices from @fidomobile as there are two lines on my account. Asked to pay $15 per past invoice beyond 16 months. If Fido email invoices were itemized I wouldn't have this problem as I archive all emails, including confirmations of payment.

    Hey @Fidomobile Your service sucks Your customer service sucks Your service gave me a massive breakdown even though I followed everything as my phone told me and im still the person getting burned
