    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

    @Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

    @Fidomobile Trying to cancel my service, but there’s no way to speak to a human. No appointments until next week, when I’ll be out of Canada. Very frustrating.

    @Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

    @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.

    @Fidomobile hello, I’m needing help today with a Fido roam account issue/error. I’m travelling today but the soonest I can get a call back is Tuesday. I called yesterday also but Tuesday was the only option. Please help!
