@Fidomobile my services are not working for the past 3 hours and the best support i am getting is a chat bot asking me to call in morning at 9 am??? This is GARBAGE customer support and it is ridiculous to leave a customer stranded.

@Fidomobile I'm just sick of Fido's empty promises, and unfortunately, I have to use public media to call them out on it. Fido promised $200 device credit, per credit, by the 3rd bill, and after wasting 3 hours, I have not yet received a call from them to resolve this issue.
