A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !
