    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

    @Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!

    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile @Rogers I AM HAVING TROUBKE REGARDING BILLING ISSUES WITH FIDO AND SINCE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ROGERS AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WOUOD REWYEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE FIDO. IT HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVER EXIST THEY CANT EVEN FIND U IN SYSTEM

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.
