jayanth mahendra (@bhupam) reportedI have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!

Kate (@Han2451012192) reported@Fidomobile I’ve never experienced a horrible customer service like that. Unprofessional, hostile and crazy. This manager should be sent to a retraining program and teach her how to talk with a customer with courtesy!
