@Fidomobile, I had requested to suspend my number from 28 February or the next billing cycle. Why is it suspended immediately. Wasn’t informed about this. I’m unable to connect with your customer service. This is causing inconvenience. Kindly help.

@Fidomobile where is your fraud team? I have been locked out of my account for days now after removing a fraudulent line that was activated. Straight to voicemail for both numbers provided by CS. Left messages, no response. What kind of service is this?!

@Fidomobile Hi Fido, Is it normal that i have to call 11 times YES 11 times (20 hours of my time lost over the phone and Chat) to have an issue That no agent is able to solve, No Mananger calls me back when i requested it ..?
