@Fidomobile Your social media team gives me a phone number to call. How can I call when my services have stopped? I still call from a prepaid number and have been trying to speak to a human being for the last 3 hours. How many voice mails should I leave? Pathetic service

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

@Fidomobile We pay for emergency service? Network down.. maybe increase your capacity BEFORE you keep adding subscribers? Regulator should do stress tests on networks and force capacity investments if needed. Need cell service when the lights go out!!!

@Fidomobile how can you cancel an account suddenly? I am alone in a new country and you decide to cancel my network. What if something happens to me now and I cannot make a call? Will you take the responsibility for my safety? You left me stranded.
