@Fidomobile I have been facing issue with fido customer service desk from last 2 month but no proper resolution and levying unreasonable charges. Please solve and you can call on 6478636189 to understand it more better

  • CindyPom Cindy Pom (@CindyPom) reported

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, I just signed up with your service a couple of days ago, and now you’ve cancelled my number due to “fraud”. Any idea why? I can’t get through to anyone.

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

@nashls @Fidomobile They try to tell me the issue isn't their cell towers but EVERYONE on the Rogers network in the County is having this issue. Switching to the 3G network helped (settings>cellular>cellular data options) but it's not great.

More than 30 minutes on the phone to talk to Fido customer service! Maybe hire more people! Bad service for the amount of money you charge! SMH @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

  • mmmmmmcoffee Pamela C (@mmmmmmcoffee) reported

@Fidomobile I am really disappointed with your customer service. We’ve been working on a new account opening for weeks. We’ve had nothing but trouble. And your hold time for customer service is a joke. We’ve wasted hours.

  • stychentyme Chris Gilbert 🇨🇦 (@stychentyme) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

  • hunterderkach hunter (@hunterderkach) reported

how ******** does @Fidomobile put an $13/mo add-on for device protection on my bill, hide it under a $10/mo discount when I brought my own device...?!?!?

  • Ututorpro UtutorPro (@Ututorpro) reported

@Fidomobile Hello Fido @FidoSolutions please explain my bills with the intel roaming call charge $3/min calling from Pakistan to Canada. I was told $0.50/min before I travelled here. Couldn’t find any rate agreement on your website and couldn’t login my account. Please help!

  • WhitestWizard John. (@WhitestWizard) reported

@commiserating 7 days through @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions from what store rep told me. Deffs shouldn't be having issues with charging within four days of owning the phone

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

I bought my phone through @Fidomobile shortly before my network just stopped working in my region. The cell towers are overloaded and I can't my phone unless I'm connected to wifi or outside of Prince Edward County. I've been speaking to tech support for months, no change (cont.)
