I’ve moved to @Fidomobile from @Rogers (because we added a phone line and it saved a few $$$) but my spam calls and texts have gone up 5x. @Fidomobile can you help or I’m moving back ASAP

I was talking to a friend who is also on @Fidomobile and the sound quality was garbage so we switched to #GoogleDuo and the quality was amazing, easily 10 times the resolution @FidoMobile was offering. Voice data uses very little bandwidth so why does it sound terrible?

Trying to upgrade my phone, and Fido’s system was down. The employee in Sunridge mall has some dumb attitude. And all other locations are not picking up. Definitely won’t be going to that location again @Fidomobile

@Rogers; @Fidomobile - How is it you guys are some of the biggest companies in Canada but offer some of the worst online experiences. Please invest some money in your website / mobile apps. It shouldn't be this hard to upgrade your phone
