@Fidomobile I do not exaggerate here when I say this. FIDO is the WORST company I’ve ver dealt with in my entire life. Inept employees that say they will do something but never do, over charge every single bill, and have no one that can solve your problem. Always passed onto the next person

@Fidomobile very disappointed to know u care least abt ur most loyal customers! Recently visited ur store & when asked fr any offers on IPhone 13, response was we have none so u can port to a different service provider if u re getting a bttr deal! Sure thing thts wht i plan to do

I won't be using my phone in January, so I looked into suspending service for the month @Fidomobile. Apparently, suspending service for fewer than three months isn't a thing, so I either pay the standard rate, or just cancel it altogether? That choice seems easy...

dont get @Fidomobile they won't give you your 150 deposit back and to make things worst they will charge you for things you didn't use. Avoid having to be 50 min with costumer service

Looking at cell plans for @VirginPlus @Fidomobile and @koodo and prices are similar, right down to the cents. Tell me again how great Telecom is in Canada? Then I land a job at one of the big 3 and my silence has been bought...
