@Fidomobile seriousy so disappointed with fido services. I got 2 sim card from Fido on black friday. One for me and one for my brother and after a week both sim card stopped working..No service at all..and whenever i contact fido no one picks the call..

Are you a @Fidomobile user travelling overseas? You’re going to get charged roaming for every day that you have your cell turned on. Even if you turned off data roaming on your phone and never made/received a call, sent texts or used data. Yep. Fido will charge you anyway.

"Funnily" enough, after seeing some recent news about telcos clamping down on spam calls, @Fidomobile, I am getting loads more of them. Actually, LOADS more. Now I have to turn on "Silence Unknown Callers".

FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.

@SophieChatel1 I was denied entrance to a @Fidomobile retail shop. They asked me to lower my mask and present id prior to entering but there is no policy stated. I filed a complaint to head office and thus far no reply

Ok @Fidomobile I need tech support and can't seem to get it. I used to have service and now it's terrible and I have no data. What gives?
