    @Fidomobile as a new customer I can honestly say I am disappointed with your customer service. I've been trying to explain to your support team why we were unable to complete the refer a friend credit but they make no exception for people who are disabled

    Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

    ...probably 20+hrs on the phone in total. Each time there was a new problem or something wrongly set. By mid-Feb I gave up in frustration and asked them to cancel everything and refund the 3 months. They refused. According to Fido, since... @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile Have been struggling with this network for over 2 months now, Multiple calls to customer service and tech teams. Really confused team, some say modem is a problem some say area has some issue. Changed modem thrice in 2 months but still no internet. So frustrated rn !

    @LOGANHYT10 @Fidomobile As FidoSolutions noted, in this case, 4G and LTE refer to the same network technology. Most North American versions of devices denote that network as LTE whereas most global or international versions will show 4G.
