    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Which i was okay with. Today(17 July) i received my bill which is of $96.05. After taking to customer support again today & explaining my issue again & again. Firstly, a system error happened again due to which the $10 promotion was not added to plan.

    It’s not everyday that the cellphone companies have excellent customer service but the rep from @Fidomobile that I spoke with today was outstanding. Y’all need to give this gal a raise @FidoSolutions !

    @Fidomobile my cell service hasn't been working this morning. It says no SIM and emergency calls only. Is there a wider service outage?

    @Fidomobile its been over a month and I am still waiting to hear back from Fido on the issue#244356. All the details have been provided through the email, as requested. Kindly share an email address where i can escalate the concern.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I had changed my plan from $55 - 6+2gb to $55 - 25gb on May 21 2021. My 6+2 gb plan had a promotional $10 discount which was removed when i changed it. But the same day i asked the customer service to revert it to my old plan which had the $10 discount.

    @Fidomobile, I've spent over an hour trying to get a situation resolved and all I'm hearing is "I do apologize..." and gaslighting abiut the situation. After 1 hr+ a "supervisor" hung up on me. Why does your customer service suck so damn bad lately?
