    FIDO is a big CHEAT COMPANY. They cheat international students and the OSL at Walmart is helping them. They mislead and the associate named Mandy with FIDO is rude and disrespectful. I have got a bill of CAD 232 when I was told I will get 60 Cad @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile ,I have cancelled my account with fido Internet and it's been more than 2 months now and fido didn't revert the money back which was supposed to be done in a week. I even opened a ticket with customer care but no one followed up. And your wait times are too long

    @Fidomobile your stores sold plans with incorrect information and I see numerous people having billing issues now. Your loyalty department is super rude to even address this. Store is saying this is fido problem and rep@is saying it is store problem. Shame!!!

    Hello @Fidomobile your service is goes down sometime in Niagara falls region when i switch the network from wifi to Mobile data and i always facing the problem during use of FaceTime. So please fix this problem ASAP, otherwise give reimbursement from the monthly plan.

    @Fidomobile Worst customer service. Waiting period 3hrs to connect to customer care and long wait for chat live but after fee hr phone automatically get disconnected.#fido

    @Fidomobile @CBCNews @CP24 Chasing fido for the last 2 months to fix the mistake done by fido agent. Nothing done so far except assurances. Shame... Worst customer service.....
