    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions After being a loyal customer for 4+ years, was asked to pay $350 extra that I have been scammed for. Support team manager was rude, refused to solve the issue & was ok if I switch to another service provider. Did not expect this !! Goodbye forever!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I am having a billing issue when i call the customer care they say finance team will take care of it and there is no way i can reach them directly. Can someone please assist as a new bill is getting generated

    @Fidomobile how true is it that the best offer u can give a new customer starts at $45/1gb?? Also, how come customer service on the phone is sub par nowadays? I talked to lots of em recently and there was a lot of maybes and not sures. Also all of them are from "PEI"?
