  It's been 3 months since I cancelled, yet @Fidomobile continuous to charge my credit card every single month. your customer service is non-existent. You haven't resolved my past billing disputes, but you keep creating new ones. Stop charging me and clear my past disputes now !

  Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

  @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

  What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

  I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

  @Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

  @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
