    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile hello, I’m needing help today with a Fido roam account issue/error. I’m travelling today but the soonest I can get a call back is Tuesday. I called yesterday also but Tuesday was the only option. Please help!

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
