@Fidomobile I keep losing signal every now and then! Located in London, Ontario. Every once in a while, the signal disappears. Restarted the phone, reset the phone, even tried reinserting the SIM card, everything! Helpline number has wait time of 1+ hour.

.@Fidomobile I’ve had another roaming issue where roaming automatically activated even though cellular data was turned off and I didn’t call/text anyone. Now I’m 100% certain this occurred previously. It was at the same location. Should I DM to get this resolved?
