@Fidomobile customer care failure. You cannot call to speak to an agent and askJack is a technical flop. Looks like Fido is dead.

@Fidomobile I called your service to assure my line is activated while traveling into USA but I can't make calls. I must use for business. Thanks to follow up

@Fidomobile If you call their CS line, you cycle through the menus, only to have them direct you towards a text service putting you in que. It would be great if you got to talk to someone, and not trying to message back and forth via text.

@Fidomobile I have spent an hour on an online chat and an hour on the phone, I returned my modem in Sept. Canada Post confirmed the delivery & you even sent me an email saying you received the equipment! Yet I am still being charged for the modem rental. Please resolve this issue

@fizz_ca @Fidomobile it seems you misunderstood my post as me saying that your service wasn't working. that wasn't it; i'm not a subscriber anymore partly because you (still) do not offer voice-based tech support (and generally fail at support, as this thread and DMs witness)

@britcan71 @Fidomobile I rarely talk on the phone. I have a pay as you go plan with 7-11. Super cheap options. Only 20 bucks a month. No data. Text (unlimited) and voice only. I'm never going to sign a contract with anybody.
