@koodo Cool, now I just hear crickets chirping. Hey @Fidomobile do you have humans I can talk to or is it just online customer service that selectively replies at Fido too?

  • Adrienn12372245 Adrienne (@Adrienn12372245) reported

@Fidomobile why oh why is it so hard to get a straight answer???? My birthdate doesn’t match your credit check. After identity confirmation I was told it was fixed by the credit desk. Nope, still can’t activate a plan after he told me no problem now. This is exhausting.

@Fidomobile Rather than giving these prizes you should work on your network coverage. The are really bad in Brampton.

  • vasaya_anil Anil Nooruddin Vasaya (@vasaya_anil) reported

@Fidomobile hi I am facing issue with billing from last 2 months but no response from Fido. Please look into and resolve the issue asap

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

@nashls @Fidomobile They try to tell me the issue isn't their cell towers but EVERYONE on the Rogers network in the County is having this issue. Switching to the 3G network helped (settings>cellular>cellular data options) but it's not great.

  • Eric_M_V Eric (@Eric_M_V) reported

@AGSouthern @Fidomobile Bell charges us $9 per day per phone to use our Canadian plan in the US lol. We were in Kingston last month and got charged because our phones connected to an American network for like a minute at one point while on the boat.

  • _Djawe Dave (@_Djawe) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I wanted to buy a Fido number with a plan online, but anytime I choose the "PLANS" and then "add a line", I see an error saying that Fido facing a problem and contacting to support! it is for days and no solution yet. I want to buy it online and no time for go to store right now

  • nashls Leigh Nash (@nashls) reported

@hollykent @Fidomobile Having the same issue with my phone not working unless it’s on WiFi, and I’ve been with Fido since like 2005. And am now seriously considering switching. It’s ridiculous.

  • Kfortch Kyle Fortch (Dreamboat Ky) (@Kfortch) reported

Man @Fidomobile has the worst customer service and overall the worst phone company I’ve ever been with. #awful

  • bradleyrinas BradleyRinas (he/his/him) (@bradleyrinas) reported
