Trying to upgrade my phone, and Fido’s system was down. The employee in Sunridge mall has some dumb attitude. And all other locations are not picking up. Definitely won’t be going to that location again @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I am sorry to say that the boxing week offer of $150 gift card (for buying new home internet) is not yet sent to me. I have called to customer care many times as well ! Please resolve this issue ASAP

@Fidomobile Very UNHAPPY, TERRIFIED, as a new customer I signed up recently. You guys messed up my account so bad after activating my new number and updating my friends, family, bank and other accounts with it. Now I had to cancel it after 5 days. 1/3
