I got charged $75 by @Fidomobile for not using VoLTE, even though my phone supports it. No help was provided, and VoLTE only worked after I switched to Bell. The notice was vague and the fee unjustified. I request a refund.

How hard is it to get help from @Fidomobile in 2025?? Well they have no more customer service number. Its an AI bot who cant do anything!!!!! Maybe its time to change after 15 years #justhelpme #fido

@Fidomobile @DJBryson Similar issue with me. I've been charged 84 bucks for no reason and after waiting an hour on CC, they informed me no reversal of charges

@OmaruSensei @FidoSolutions Let me know if you tried getting a new Sim card from @Fidomobile. I'm in the same boat trying to find a solution before jumping carriers.

Good luck getting to speak with a live agent at @Fidomobile in an emergency. They'll just change your phone number without reason and force you to book an appointment for another before someone hopefully gets back to u in time. Fantastic work 👏🏾

@Fidomobile My issue has been resolved after 35 minutes. Wow. Thanks for checking in with me. Doesn't change my opinion. Take care.

@renukamendiss @Fidomobile I have already changed. Right away I switched, the VoLTE function was automatically enabled and saved me from using any of Fido's 3G. My device works perfectly, it's Fido's policy with OnePlus and now they are charging ne for their own problem. Crazy people.

@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.
