@Fidomobile I’ve tried it 5 times every time it asks if I would like to schedule a callback I say yes, then the very next response is “I’m unable to help you call back again later” in a quiet room so there’s no margin or error thinking the system heard something.

@Fidomobile My issue has been resolved after 35 minutes. Wow. Thanks for checking in with me. Doesn't change my opinion. Take care.

@Fidomobile You added an $84 charge for my 3G to 5G migration—even though I upgraded to an iPhone 14 from Fido and was told there’d be no charge. I’ve called multiple times, was told it’s removed, but it’s STILL showing in the app. Please fix this ASAP. Extremely fed up. #worst

@Fidomobile Billing problem and your AI chat won't let me reach customer service. The phoneline also refuses to let me make an appointment to talk to someone. Literally can't reach help. This isn't okay.

@Fidomobile Hey, Fido - can you explain please, why or how phone numbers that are blocked on your service line, can still call and leave messages/texts on the phone number that's blocked them?

  • dilipjadeja25 Dilip Jadeja (@dilipjadeja25) reported

@Fidomobile And read this:- I went to Fido store to discuss this , you know what they’ve said? We can only sell services, you have to call them from your number!!! I said I can’t, my account got suspended! “You can find a friend and call !” Is this how you treat your customers? @Fidomobile
