    @Fidomobile I keep losing signal every now and then! Located in London, Ontario. Every once in a while, the signal disappears. Restarted the phone, reset the phone, even tried reinserting the SIM card, everything! Helpline number has wait time of 1+ hour.

    @Fidomobile They been promoting fake deals and getting back their customers but when it comes to delivery their promises they just keep ignoring you and keep on giving you dates after dates. Worst customer service I regret coming back to fido.

    .@fidomobile @fidosolutions Your website says 8GB/$52 (which is still pretty bad), but the best plan you'll give me, an existing customer, is 8GB/$55 - and I had to chat with CS to get it. Can you fix this without wasting more of my time?
