@Fidomobile your services are highly pathetic we started off with the sales person saying you will be charged a service fee but it would be waived off in the bill now instead of having our bill as 51 CAD the bill is 117 CAD . Also no one answers your customer service calls

@FidoSolutions Still nothing. Why doesn’t @Fidomobile care about this existing customer who has made multiple reach outs, has been told multiple different things, been disconnected multiple times, and still has no resolution?

@Fidomobile I have been on the phone for four hours, been transferred to four operators and they just hung up on me and when I call back they say they are closed. The issue retains to my account being charged for a modem box which I had returned and also have the receipt
