    .@Fidomobile your customer service is appallingly awful. Between my husband I we have spoken to 6 representatives today to resolve a mistake YOU MADE! One of them was helpful, but couldnt correct the mistake. Now we can only speak to a manager in 24 hours.

    Thank you, @Fidomobile, for showing me just how much you value customer privacy. You gave my number to your own cold callers so they could try to find out who my ISP is. If you even think about doing that again, I'll take my business elsewhere, IN MINUTES FLAT.

    Worst cellphone company is @Fidomobile The app never opens, it lags for days literally, somehow I used a GB of data in 5 mins without even opening an app and so on...

    @Fidomobile just found out I’ve been paying more than everybody else for the same phone plan for I don’t know how many months. I guess this is what I get for being your customer for 8 years. Byeeee
