  @Fidomobile I have been on hold for a total of 5 hours and counting now (in the middle of a working day!) Multiple attempts with the chat service for a VERY simple request. I need you to call me back at the absolute earliest.

  @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

  If you wish to listen to nice music free of charge on your phone just dial @Fidomobile at 611. Their customer service wait time in over 3hrs… Thank me later
