    @Fidomobile Apparently if your ex-customer leaves your network, you make them beg to get back their due credit bill amount.Nov 23rd ported to another network provider after 1 year of service with Fido without a single default in bill payments.

    @Fidomobile continued.... Yet the credit amount cheque has not reached me till date and it has been 2 months.I was told it takes 3 weeks. First call made to ask them to update my address for the cheque to be sent.Somehow the postal code noted by the customer service rep was wrong

    @Fidomobile continued..so I am being asked to wait for another 3-4 weeks,making it a total of 3 months of wait to get a minimal amount of 26.88 cad when I have paid 500 cad monthly bills at times.Multiple Case ids registered,no time for supervisors to listen to customer concerns.

    @Fidomobile I appreciate the data incentive to stay and overall i had a great experience with fido. But my last convo with the supervisor was so so rude towards my husband and myself for over an hr on the phone that my husband is switch companies. 😪

    @Fidomobile lacks in customer service, empathy and thinking outside of the box. $56 charge for being on hold with Service Canada for Unemployment Benefits. I got charged money for making a phone call to help me get money. Hours on hold, no result, no call back. Disappointed.

    @Fidomobile Worst customer service provider ever! I am cancelling all 3 lines I subscribed to 3 days ago. Never to return back to Fido again... everyone, please be aware... if you get a call from their WinBack team, tell them to F***Off.
