@Fidomobile The only way I'd consider staying with Fido is a free phone of my choice, free case, free charger, free warranty, free service for 2 years, plus a public written signed apology and a hit in my head so I'd forget why I want to leave Fido.

@Fidomobile after a nightmare of a week dealing with inept customer service. Canceled contract, dropped to 45$ basic plan and 5 days later after not getting what I was promised, charging me 1500 thinking the bill is finally correct, I get 1st bill for 137.77 after only 5 days

@JustinTrudeau Gee. Any way of stopping cell providers @Fidomobile or @BellMobility from cutting off a person's cell service and then continuing for a couple years in charging for service never received? #fidoservice is for the dogs. #Bellmobile is no better, calling a dead friends wife for $
