Gord M (@GordM20) reported@Fidomobile I hate to shatter your confidence because I got a heads up via text this morning and the scheduled 9am call never happened. To bad because technically Fido mobile has been quite reliable and customer service USED TO BE adequate, which it clearly no longer is.

After better part of an hour on the phone I’m told it’s out of stock, but now I cannot even cancel the order. Please either provide the phone or remove the order from my account.

After 30 minutes they told me to use your online assistant but I just get a response saying it cannot cancel an order for pickup at a store. I’m tired of the run around and would like this fixed please.
