The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows they’re expensive, but I’m paying for the customer service experience just before she said “guess I can’t help you and we’re done here?”... great service. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions When you want to save an old Fido phone from the landfill to reuse on another service but the operator won’t unlock it. Terrible customer service from a 20 year customer. 90 minutes on chat without success. Isn’t it the law they unlock phones.

@Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice

@Fidomobile after a nightmare of a week dealing with inept customer service. Canceled contract, dropped to 45$ basic plan and 5 days later after not getting what I was promised, charging me 1500 thinking the bill is finally correct, I get 1st bill for 137.77 after only 5 days
