    @Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

    @Fidomobile been trying to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!

    I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?
