Yo! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions! All of these 604-338-XXXX spammers seem to be not only spam calling us Fido customers but they originated on your network... aka you are letting them spam call all of us...

  • amitabh2014 Amitabha (@amitabh2014) reported

@Fidomobile is such an unprofessional company that despite the fact a Case No. was created by them, they don't provide an update, no communication and customer service is totally useless. I guess the culture comes from @Rogers; we all know @RogersHelps when Canada was shut down

  • Tomuhthy Tomnado (@Tomuhthy) reported

@Fidomobile did we get the credit yet for your stupid mistake

  • Voice4Silent Wanda Probe (@Voice4Silent) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile I thought there was a promise that customers like me, would not lose mobile. I can tell you that's not true. Checking down detector shows that the service has been randomly going down all over Canada. Why? #rogersoutage

  • Charles00436660 Charles Dow (@Charles00436660) reported

@Fidomobile internet service at M1B has been off since before 7 am today

  • Feral_Kat_ Mara N (@Feral_Kat_) reported

So anyone else still waiting on their pathetically small rebate from @Fidomobile or @Bell? Seems they have taken lessons from @icbc about promises of rebates and not delivering. Is gaslighting customers the new service levels we are to expect from billion dollar companies now?

  • koolgreen2000 Barry Green (@koolgreen2000) reported

@Fidomobile My fido cell phone cannot connect to my home number by Bell… I have had multiple people call my home number and it connects fine so I contacted other people with Fido and none of them can call through to my home number… So I see a problem there…

  • thepardesigirl Dee (@thepardesigirl) reported

@Fidomobile I had been referred by a friend to use Fido when I had just emigrated to Canada. It's been 4 months to that day and neither I nor my friend have received our reward. We have contacted customer service and written several mails. Please help!

  • Mediaoverkills Mediaoverkill (@Mediaoverkills) reported

@Fidomobile Just got my fido payment, you guys only deducted 10 dollars, which you think makes up for that day of bullshit, unable to reach anyone for an emergency, unable to get entertain, no idea where i was going because GPS was down, ******* cheap ***. Switching to virgin

  • _Ms_J Ms_J_ (@_Ms_J) reported

@Fidomobile why is it that I get messages only after I turn on my cell data plan even though I have full reception/bars/wifi? This is. It the first time this has happened. Do you still have network problems?
