    @Fidomobile Dear team, I am out of Canada and the mobile services automatically started roaming. I am not using my mobile roam and so please don't activate roaming on my number. I tried finding your support but "Ask Jack" doesn't seem to help as expected.

    @Fidomobile Worst service I have seen ever in my life. I got huge amount of bill and there is no intimation. I asked your associate to add and he added plan from my next month. I will drop Fido services.

    @Fidomobile and @FidoSolutions - your service partner @Brightstar isn’t answering my support e-mails. My replacement phone came with a third party charger and a cheap cable that broke upon first use. The responsibility is yours to make this right.

    @peeradeep @Fidomobile I suspect @fidomobile has a supply line issue they’re not admitting to, and jerking customers around instead. Awful.

    @Fidomobile Guys you have the worst support I have ever seen in my life. On call 7 hours to get support. Now I am canceling with you and would advice no one to deal with you again.

    @Fidomobile one of the worst telecom brand in Canada. Frustrated at your customer service and your hidden agendas to charge customer. Initially given some international minutes and notifying that it ends in 2 word note in my receipt is unacceptable.
