@Fidomobile, I've spent over an hour trying to get a situation resolved and all I'm hearing is "I do apologize..." and gaslighting abiut the situation. After 1 hr+ a "supervisor" hung up on me. Why does your customer service suck so damn bad lately?

When that warranty finishes? Don't call @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. Even if it was the day before don't call them. Cause their first response is?! "Your warranty has ended we can't help you."

@Fidomobile My wifi has been down since Friday and a technician is coming today. I have summer school and have been using my dad's data and it's about to run out so what do I do? Shouldn't my parents get free data to make up for this
