Nobody does anything to help me. I'm stuck in quarantine with a phone that doesn't work, why don't you care?

    (@yestoeverything) reported@fidomobile Thanks so much for offering me a free phone to replace a phone you sold me because YOUR network has changed. The problem is four weeks after responding to your offer of a free phone paired with a $10 plan you have failed to live up to your word.

Telling a customer who is getting 10% of the service that he is not entitled to any rebate because the phone still "works".1/2

    (@Tariq_Razi) reported@CCTS_CPRST Again @Fidomobile not honoring its commitment. Despite committing to deliver a iPhone on March 6th they have mismanaged the delivery by writing incorrect customer name. Now telling me that phone and plan aren’t available. Worst experience of my life.

Your service barely works, you blame everyone but yourselves for the poor service, and expect customers to pay full price for a fraction of the service you sold them. Why is that????
