1/2 2 years ago my wife and I switched back over to @Fidomobile from @VirginPlus because of the much better deal that we were offered for being their "valued customer for a long time". After the recent embarrassment that @Rogers portrayed through a multi-day nationwide outage,...

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you guys just sent me a bill but I still don’t see a credit on the service disruption that I experienced last Friday! This is ridiculous. Where is my credit????

  • andreibc andrei (@andreibc) reported

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • BlackSheepMaars BlackSheepMaars (@BlackSheepMaars) reported

@rogers @Fidomobile your mass email about your sorry for the outage is pointless. I don't really care for your "sorry" when we had no way of buying groceries because your services that you still can't fully be transparent about caused problems for daily banking use.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile What a joke in name of customer service @Rogers no retention offer given. You don't care about customers. Time for all to change from you guys.

  • Rtwestcoast Rt (@Rtwestcoast) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Total Bullshit, Pain, harassment & unprofessional approach by FIDO. A genuine customer to be labelled fraud without any information, due diligence & locking out of online account services. Need a call back asap & instant resolution. Made it impossible to contact CC which sucks.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Now it has been a week that your connection keeps going on and off. Are you ever gonna fix it?

  • SleeperMole Molevanna (@SleeperMole) reported

@FidoSolutions Don’t know what you mean. The problem is @Fidomobile your customer service is not working. I set up 3 calls through 611 to talk to a person and 3 times did not receive a call at all yet did receive voicemails that stated I was unreachable. Please fix this

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

@Fidomobile charges $339/mth to 'roam like home', NOT. TheWorst GPS kept losing signal so a drive that should take 13mins took me 2 hrs to get home last night, and a scary tour through the darkest barren alleys, in L.A. not safe.
