@Fidomobile The Fido app has so many issues, I keep experiencing lagging and interruptions, and now it even signs me out of my account and won't sign me back in. The website doesn't work either, what a frustrating disappointment.

@Fidomobile I am so disappointed with the service. I changed a plan in January and thought that it might add the additional packs by itself. But it did not and I just realized I have paid about 300 dollars so far on that. That too I randomly checked the bill details.
