  @Fidomobile URGENT My wife’s credit score dropped 140+ points due to FALSE $627 balance on Fido account CLOSED & PAID in 2022 Same issue in 2024 fixed with written proof now AGAIN We have proof Fix with TransUnion & Equifax immediately or CCTS #Fido #CreditScore

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

  @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.

  Count your days @Fidomobile !! I've scheduled a callback and still haven't received a call. I even tried the stupid voicemail prompt and still no call back. Cancel my account while we're at it.. It's not like I get to use it anyway. Ever since you guys upgraded your network...
