If i didnt have a 2 year contract with @Fidomobile i promise i would have burned my phone down and chopped my fingers off for ever dealing with this ****** company. I dont say that lightly, ive been a loyal customer since 2016. #wosrtcustomersupport #worstmanagement #useless

Just a warning never buy a phone online from @Fidomobile. The support is non existent. Trying to send back, phone and it won’t even connect to the internet to delete my files. Worst $1,000 purchase I’ve ever made! Want ME to phone Apple to fix THEIR phone 🖕🖕

@Fidomobile really fed up with your service, lost my phone and have device protection but you haven't registered my device protection likewize keep pushing me back as they can't see my device information.. almost made 30 calls in this week no resolution.loyal customer from 2019
