@HealingVisionz @MobileSyrup @Fidomobile Absolutely agreed. I wasted a lot of time contacting Fido. I’ve been with Fido since 2010 and lately I’ve been questioning why I am still with them. My service is not even working today and I’m going to be contacting them now.

Spoke to three customer representatives of @Fidomobile and they all told me three different things. For someone who's been patient for over 5 years, I believe I had enough. Don't even try asking me to send you a DM. Check your @FidoSolutions DM and go over it yourselves.

@Fidomobile I am NOT a Fido customer but I have received EIGHT calls from your marketing team in two weeks (1877). Calls don't even connect when I pick up so I can't tell them to stop. This is now HARASSMENT. It's an abuse of chatr customers.

@Fidomobile Fido don’t want to keep it regular customers, they provide offers only for new customers. Now it’s time to move another network.

  • bcpandeya Bibek Pandeya (@bcpandeya) reported

I don’t recommend @Fidomobile at all. I am currently with a different service provider. On June 5th, they offered me a plan and iPhone 11 pro max at $33.33/m with $0 down. Deal was done and I was waiting for more than a week for the sim and the phone.

  • Kulveer35939698 Kulveer (@Kulveer35939698) reported

Add on services provided by @Fidomobile are very shady. They never notify you on the app about the add on services expiration dates. Not even the salesman told me that my international calling add-on service is only valid for 2 years. This cost me $1700 in my last month bill(1/3)

  • bharatdodeja Bharat Dodeja (@bharatdodeja) reported

@FidoSolutions @CCTS_CPRST are you aware about @Fidomobile 's unscrupulous tactics to make money. Is there a way customer can raise their voice?

  • chapagai_deepak Deepak chapagai (@chapagai_deepak) reported

@Fidomobile I will ever never use your services even if it's free

  • bryarpaije bryar (@bryarpaije) reported

in almost 3 YEARS of his bills with them never had anything irregular. now that there was no one called to check, not fraud, not loyalty. now @Fidomobile tells him that there isn’t anything they can do to help
