    Hey @Fidomobile why would I get a roaming package for 2 weeks for $60 - get stuck in 🇬🇩 due to the @AirCanada strike and y'all not help I could have paid $70 for 30 days. I should have been home today. Why can't I get some type of credit. Make it make sense

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I want the phone I ordered. Samsung galaxy z fold 7. No @fido switched up the phone. Everyone double check your phones you may not have the one you ordered. I'm going to file a complaint with #ccts. Also contacting others about this. #customerRights

    So I even called in to @Fidomobile customer service. No help at all. This how you treat your customers? You make a mistake, send me the wrong phone. I HAVE to wait for a call back? @FidoSolutions and @Fidomobile nothing but problems #CustomerSupportFail #CustomerServiceFail

    @Fidomobile I am surprise by this! Called rep to unblock Roaming, she confirmed its free and now I got my plan bumped up with 5 dollar extra without any confirmation from me?? Are there any customer ethics where you can investigate this false action and contract change! Please
