    @Fidomobile finally read your reply. Asked a question a while ago. Forgot about it. Question. "I have owned a pre-owned iPad for months. I pay for a 4 GB data plan each month, never used it. Been 5 months, no data ever. Never seen a sim. Paying monthly for nothing

    Giving customer a defective phone and refusing to take it back (supposedly because i don’t have the original box ) even if my 30 days satisfaction period is not over = BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. @Fidomobile @Bologna72 #defectivephone #takeitback #dobetter

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your customer service is the biggest piece of **** and waste of time I think I’ve ever experience. You are a telephone company who’s lines can’t hold who calls without disconnecting customers. You have called me 107 times in the last 4 months.
