@Fidomobile your services are highly pathetic we started off with the sales person saying you will be charged a service fee but it would be waived off in the bill now instead of having our bill as 51 CAD the bill is 117 CAD . Also no one answers your customer service calls

@Fidomobile went back to India and there were incoming messages for code verifications that I wasn’t aware that I would get charged. Fido charged me $45. I did confirm with customer service agent when I signed my contract. The Cx agent is not helping at all. $45 is outrageous.

@Fidomobile Why is it so impossible to get decent service from Fido? After an hour with an agent, he could not fix my problem because it was a "software problem or something." That was his answer to the problem. He refused my request to speak to a supervisor.

Most of us rely heavily on the home internet connection to work. This is causing huge confusion and inconvenience for multiple customers. Really frustrating experience. (2/2) #outage @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers
