    @Fidomobile worst service and client service people. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I’m feeling frustrated, annoyed and shall never recommend Fido. It seems they sell contact info to others as I started getting spam calls and casino messages after moving to Fido.

    @chaichurail @Fidomobile Wow. I’m not even in a contract and I financed my phone. Paid it off early last year. Maybe call customer service and see if they can do anything

    A month or so ago we got an email from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions saying our home internet is now 30mbp faster. Since then our service has been spotty, at best. Always lagging. Always just cutting off& on again for no reason. I pay like $95/mo for shite service. Do better.

    @Fidomobile horrible company. Harrassing me over and over for money when I told them I can't afford to pay the full amount. So I guess they expect me to rob a bank?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions made me shell out $105 for a @Google Pixel 4a that died on me. My phone wasn’t under warranty but neither Google nor Fido had a solution to get the device repaired. I was compelled to pay off the device balance for a dead phone. Customers be aware.

    @Fidomobile Company that doesn’t care about customers. Loyal customer are joke for them. They are looting customers and no promises are not met. If anyone is listening to this reach out to me.

    @Fidomobile Hi @Fidomobile, our home internet has been down since 1:15pm ET today. We work from home so this has been a terrible setback for us. We’re in the Mississauga ON region.
