@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile If you think reimbursing a couple of dollars is going to make up for a full days work lost with no phone or internet. No debit or etranfers. No access to emergency services if needed. You are sorely mistaken. Get ready to give up more or lose a lot of business. Starting with me

Hi, @Fidomobile @Rogers. I still can’t receive texts or calls by the looks of things. A couple of my online accounts have two-step verification, and I haven’t been able to log in to any of them since this outage started. Just tried again, and still nothing.

  • LuluRamaj balone tauke (@LuluRamaj) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Still no internet service on North York. Can you please provide an ETA? I worm remote and this is getting ridiculous at this point I can't afford to lose working days like this. Thank you!

Wow @Fidomobile! A whole one day credit for the Rogers outage. I bet it took your marketing department at least 10 seconds of thought to come up with that amazing offer.

  • Swanandspatil Swanand Patil (@Swanandspatil) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Looks like it is still not working. Now i have been without internet for nearly 72 hours and affected for work. Fido when do you think it will be back? How much time more to restore your remaining customers? Maybe its time for something different.. #fidooutage #SensitiveNetwork

  • AlanForseth Alan Forseth (@AlanForseth) reported

@Fidomobile email this morning says, "We will proactively credit your account for Friday’s outage. This credit will be automatically applied and no action is required from you" ONE day? That's not good enough. How about a 25% off this months bill as a showing of goodwill?
