    on the phone with ******* tech support AGAIN after a 2 hour call 3 days ago that should’ve been resolved well before now as i was promised 🖕 you guys are actually kings of wasting my time. i have been transferred FOUR TIMES. @Fidomobile 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

    @FidoSolutions Oh amazing so @Fidomobile might be a winner then! I’ll transfer to @FidoSolutions - to a prepaid service and “roam” in UAE for incoming calls / texts (primarily for 2FA) - and seems will be charged roaming only for the instances when they are used! Also hoping I can top up online

    @Fidomobile not good. It's the little things. Example: you cannot add on long distance packages online, you have to call. But they have no support on weekends. Canada to India is $1.50/minute w/o a preferred rate. Unreasonable long distance rates as is. Ecommerce really limited.

    @Fidomobile this is the second day in a row your technician has not shown up for their appointment to install internet. Spent 1.5 hours after my two hour window on your chat trying to track down the tech yesterday, no luck. It’s day two now and I am understand losing patience…

    @Fidomobile As a loyal customer of many years, I am appalled at the service I have received. I've been left with no option but to use up 100% of my phone data and your CSR offers me nothing more than to PURCHASE additional GBs. Great work. 🙄

    You need to improve your process on how to use the 5 hours, why do I have to use the app? Especially since it is in maintenance all the time! Fix it! @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile 5 DAYS with no home internet, 5 DAYS of missing work (work from home), not to mention the LOSS OF INCOME, 5 DAYS of excuses for why your technicians didn't show up or weren't trained to fix the issue that was caused by THEM to begin with. WILL SOMEOME FINALLY HELP?

    @Fidomobile Imagine calling Fido and all their technical support staff line is down, I couldn't even cancel the internet plan I literally got today. And on top of that you wanted to charge me an extra 50.00 to install my internet.

    @Fidomobile My issues are not solving from last two months fake promises every time before making payments and after payment all went into vein and i requested to transfer call to supervisor she refused and very bad accountant u hired mistakes in bill every month @Fidomobile
