Utter disappointment over @freedomesupport service. I activated a prepaid SIM card on 5th July. No incoming calls, I am still waiting for a resolution. Now after 5 days network team says they issued a number which was already ported out to @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile Disappointed un Fido phone support, sending me to store with invalid codes. Long story but when you sell a phone to someone and offer a deal, you should honor it.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions But after 5 business days the bill just went down to $104.96. Again talking to customer service on 24 june. they said that from July bill my plan would be of 6+2 gb+$10 discount on my plan & additional $10 would be deducted from bill since i paid extra.

Have i missed something @Fidomobile customer service used to be great Today after 2.5 hrs on the phone 1cancelled order 3 times. being told i was wrong then to be told oh no you are right but that offer expired you can’t get it now to i will order through different department

@Fidomobile worse experience ever ,almost to complete 5 yrs here with lot of slow Internet and bad coverage ,am trying to login and use internet but useless ,bad feeling to resist all this time ,I think it’s time to change the service provider :(
