    @Fidomobile ,I have cancelled my account with fido Internet and it's been more than 2 months now and fido didn't revert the money back which was supposed to be done in a week. I even opened a ticket with customer care but no one followed up. And your wait times are too long

    @Fidomobile unspeakable customer service. Bill has 2x the monthly charge, contact center agent doesn’t know what to do and asks me to consider it as payment for next month Where is your customer service? Is this how you are paying for the merger #RogersHurtsCanadians #RogersDown
