@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

Normally i do not tweet, tks fido. Charged for LD, paying is ok, but never knew addon would expire, orig contract does not list that, CS do not have guts to say it must list Even your live chat agent questioned me if I read all the detail!? You think its ethical? @Fidomobile

I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

@Fidomobile is one major failure in customer service. Customer beware. They will charge you fees for this and that and say the machine did it. Collection action then ensues. Amazing what these guys get away with
