    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    Hey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!
