@Fidomobile wow, just realized you’ve stolen money from my account because I didn’t check the rollover for a free 2 year iPad data plan. you’ve taken my $ for a service I don’t use, won’t use, and I’ll bet you’ll just laugh at me for not looking at small text on my September bill

going into surgery today and my @Fidomobile phone isnt working. tech support is 'exceptionally' closed. there's no one at the help centre when i send a chat message. this is legit an emergency. big telecom monopolies endanger us all.

@Fidomobile I’ve been trying to speak to someone over the phone/on your website about being overcharged on my bill for the past 4 days and keep receiving error messages and having the phone hang up on me. Not the type of service I expect after being with this company over 10 yrs.

@Fidomobile i tried contacting the customer care @ diff timings throughout the day the only response i get is all customer care exec are busy.. if fido can’t solve problems for existing customers it is better fido doesn’t take new customers and make their life hell
