    Hey @Fidomobile can I get service back? I haven’t had mobile service in Calgary since 9 this morning. Not like I was waiting for important calls or anything (that’s sarcasm)

    @RogersHelps An email from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions would have been extremely helpful and would have saved me hours of troubleshooting my phone's lack of cellular service.

    @Fidomobile Worst service. Today from morning can’t make outgoing calls nor internet is working. Not even able to reach customer care. Haven’t seen a daylong outage for any service provider.
