@Fidomobile your company makes just over $3000 a year from my family and delivers super service vs what’s advertised as prestigious yet @FidoSolutions can’t even reply to my messages having me wait an hour and 45 minutes since the last reply. Network and customer service issues

@Fidomobile -- what a pathetic customer service. I have been trying to contact from abroad 00 1 514-925-4590 and all I get is askjack which doesn't understand anything. I even tried calling 1-888-481-3436. Cant believe you have removed the option of speaking to a service rep :(

@FidoSolutions I will but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer coming from you @Fidomobile the customer service people should work on the communication, empathy etc. It’s like you just choose them to work without training them or your trainers are ******

  • Moving2Canada10 Moving2Canada101 (@Moving2Canada10) reported

@Rogers & @Fidomobile are you still reimbursing customers for the wide-scale service interruption recently? We keep getting emails to say the issue wont happen again but our bills are coming in full price when most of us were without service for over 24 hrs & were unable to work

  • SteveDaly15 Steve Daly🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@SteveDaly15) reported

@Bryson_M @Fidomobile I’d expect the next one. I got my bills just a day or two after the outage.

  • DerrTheDeerFox Derr (@DerrTheDeerFox) reported

Saying goodbye to @Rogers / @Fidomobile. I'm tired of Fido not having 5G access and the outage 3 times in 3 years for the price I pay is ridiculous. I couldn't work the day of the outage and lost a lot of money.

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

Now For no fault of mine I have lost my customized offer. So @Fidomobile this is unprofessional and very poor processes for customer service. Considering the fiasco that happened with @RogersMobileCa I was hoping you guys will learn something about customer service.

  • grinspy Yuval Grinspun (@grinspy) reported

90 minutes of my time trying to get info from @Fidomobile on my new @Apple iPhone order. They don't tell you that their "clearance" prices are low because you'll wait 5 weeks and counting to get the new device.... and their CS support provides ZERO information. #CSFail

  • bdooley91 Brian Dooley (@bdooley91) reported

@Fidomobile when will we see the money back from fido for the outage on our bills??

  • shnicholson Shawn Nicholson (@shnicholson) reported

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).
