(@dayunto) reportedWhat on earth is going on @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The app is not working, I can’t access my account, I can’t find a live service agent. Apparently no call back for three more days possible? Got a massive charge on automated billing and I can’t even find out what it is!

(@SSSambora) reported@Fidomobile so if a client calls Cust service& is told he can’t be helped after being charged for roaming incorrectly. I reach out on X because he has no social media, and am told he can be helped if he posts on social media?! Seriously?
