@Fidomobile you have set the worst service record. On call for past 1 hour just to get a support representative. Internet speed is below 20 mbps for a 75mbps plan. Not sure what to do.
Cell providers need to do better. I got a great offer to switch. So I called @Fidomobile to see they can match, after 15+ years of loyalty they told me no. So I switched providers. Now I get a call from Fido begging me to come back. Maybe treat your customers right the first time

I have been a loyal customer with @Fidomobile with over 4 yrs & I have never been so angry at a company as I am now. I had to escalate the call 2 head office & even then I feel like I'll accomplish nothing. After this week I am seriously considering leaving your company. 🤬
