The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows the services are expensive but I’m paying for the service... going to be honest have only received bare minimum service from bell. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

@Fidomobile @Rogers @FidoSolutions lost a full day of work last week due to rogers/fido outage and fido's only solution is to throw a few dollars my way and tell me I should have had business insurance. Hmm, should have had a different phone provider. #Telus

@Fidomobile Stay away from fido, 30 minutes on the phone and 11 years of loyalty got me an extra $10 on my plan and $45 activation fee for picking it up at the store all because I spoke to someone on the phone instead of doing it online. Bad customer loyalty. Way to keep me. Stay away guys.
