    . @Fidomobile since when is it appropriate for your sales representatives at a store I've never been to access my account and text me directly to try and sell me something? Why are your representatives accessing PII without client consent?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Told me that we can’t give you that deal as you our system doesn’t allow us. So basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and they gave me 10bucks off but took 3Gb away. Don’t go for online offers. Fido disappointed me after being a loyal customer for 20 years

    @Fidomobile worst customer service Ever. Big mistake I ordered 3 lines with them in NOV, rep made mistake and I have not received my sim cards after a month! made complaint rep hang up on me after letting me wait for over 3hrs! @CBCCalgary @CCTS_CPRST

    @Fidomobile refusing to unlock my old phone because I am no longer a subscriber. So it gets tossed instead of being passed on to someone else who can use it. Clear attempt to circumvent legislation and all around *******-move.
