@Fidomobile when will we see the money back from fido for the outage on our bills??

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

Now For no fault of mine I have lost my customized offer. So @Fidomobile this is unprofessional and very poor processes for customer service. Considering the fiasco that happened with @RogersMobileCa I was hoping you guys will learn something about customer service.

  • shnicholson Shawn Nicholson (@shnicholson) reported

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

After I spend hours with your support team and get the order cancelled, the store makes me drive for 3 min only to let me know they cannot offer me the price I was offered online. @Fidomobile this is almost a scam run by your stores. “Make customers cancel online orders”

@FidoSolutions I will but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer coming from you @Fidomobile the customer service people should work on the communication, empathy etc. It’s like you just choose them to work without training them or your trainers are ******

  • Veronic2121 a good ol Canadian girl (@Veronic2121) reported

@Fidomobile NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO SPEND 5 HRS TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE SHOULD END UP IN TEARS. LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH. IF YOU CANT TAKE CARE OF CURRENT CLIENTS DONT TAKE ON ANY MORE.

  • DavidYu12 David Yu (@DavidYu12) reported

@Fidomobile can we seriously think of a way of implementing a system where caller has to also press a number based on our voice message in order to successfully reach our number (similar to calling customer service center system)? This will help filter out automated scam calls...

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

@Fidomobile - pathetic customer service. You send an “exclusively for you” offer which I opt for and place and order. Your store does not have the stock in spite of website showing it in stock. Dont know why you guys make us use express pickup if you cant deliver your promise.

  • CessaPerry CessaP 🌸 she/her (@CessaPerry) reported

@Fidomobile why are your ethics so bad that U offer a good data deal 2 one phone number I pay for monthly, but rip off the other one? #unethical a phone I bought in full last month given told 15G $40/month yesterday but won’t offer same 2 my other number I’ve had for decades. 🤮

  • theSKCarr S. K. Carr (@theSKCarr) reported

@fidomobile My bill went up $2.50 this month. Same month where you had a massive outage in your system. Good job guys! You've really earned it.
