  @Fidomobile Lol be a better customer friendly company. I’ve endured to many years of being overcharged for peanuts on my data plan. Do me a fa or tho, put me on the do not contact list to beg me back, I’ll never return to Fido again. I’m taking my phone number and leaving you the dog.

  @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got my issue sorted within mins by pretending I'm a new customer &calling, all while the inept Chat Rep had me on hold as she "read notes on my file". Anyone reading this call Fido pretending you are new do not give in to their new system #FidoSucks

  @Fidomobile getting charged long distance every month for local number. Have been credited twice now. It is 5 minutes from home. It is LOCAL. We are in 519 and number is 226. Please DM me for number so you can fix this in your end. Tired of wasting time to get credit each month.

  @Fidomobile @RogersMobileCa @FidoSolutions Don't pay you monthly bill on Fido site The site will show there was a problem with the payment and you need to redo..... It is a scam...I was debited 4 times and my account still show the amount to be paid No support from Fido...I
