@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I visited Fido at square one, missisauga and was taken care by Jaimin. For 1st S21 phone I was given a Buds + earphone and for the 2nd since it was out of stock, I was asked to call back and have been following up everyday, but no one responds. Help !!

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile had Avery bad experience with Fido billing error and no response from the credit department either. Issue still not resolved . Hope someone can guide to contact higher authorities.

@Fidomobile I have a bill showing the free AirPods I was given as part of my plan are not really free. This will be rectified immediately or I will be filing a formal complaint of fraud with the @CRTCeng and contacting media like @cbcmarketplace about this bait & switch bullshit

@Fidomobile I needed a new phone couldn't figure out the plan, called in and talked to Abtin. You need to throw all your money at him and promote him to train all CSA. Phenomenal help and service, phenomenal!
