    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

    @Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @Allant92 @Fidomobile One of the (several) reasons I left them. Had been a customer for over a decade and a half. Continually increasing costs for negligible increase in packaged features ... Jumped to a competitor for less money and twice the data.

    @Fidomobile you offer these data packages but nothing works. If you can't manage the 5G service don't advertise it because it sucks! And why are you a subsidiary of Rogers and use their network supposedly but the service connection is still trash ? Is this Rogers sabotaging us ?
