@Fidomobile what's going on with your home Internet in Ajax (L1T 3B4) area? My work calls are dropping, pages are lagging, security camera is losing connection. Can you send a service truck out to check? I know @Rogers trucks are here - 5.65Mbps download speed. Is this a joke?

  • Lisazhou18 Lisa zhou (@Lisazhou18) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions today our home doesn't have internet service, is it still in repairing?

  • Doing_wats_rite Doing what's right. (@Doing_wats_rite) reported

@Fidomobile : I realize I'm no longer your client. However, if you continue to harangue me - and more particularly, my kids - even having been asked to stop, I'll issue a formal complaint to the @CRTCHearings. And a criminal complaint to @calgarypolice for harassment. #Enough

@Fidomobile I would like to file a formal complaint with Fido management for their roaming charges. Basically the customers are charged for roaming at $15 per day regardless if they use this service. This is totally unacceptable.

  • ItsRohanAnand Rohan Anand (@ItsRohanAnand) reported

Getting scammed by @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . Their YYZ kiosk is scamming new comers with discounted rates but hidden charges which only gets revealed when the bill is generated. And support is asking to deal with it on own and not helping. #scammedbyfido

  • RamsHouzz Matt Stafford's Left Arm (@RamsHouzz) reported

Who are these magical people that win all these prizes with @Fidomobile ?? Do they exist? I've literally had them forever and never won anything.

  • SHReK_The_Jeep SHReK the Jeep🇨🇦 (@SHReK_The_Jeep) reported

I've been a @Fidomobile customer for about 15 years, maybe more 🤔 and today I'm considering switching providers. A popup on their app offered me 30gb for $48 but when I went to accept it, it showed 30gb for $70. 😡 Fido specialist says "loyalty" offers vary ... What!?
