    Your customer agent gives me an extension for an employee that hasn’t been working with Fido since July29th. I have been constantly asked to get in touch with a person who doesn’t even work for you. Your agents mock by saying ‘It has only been seven business days’ @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions This is not how you a treat a customer who has been with you for more than seven years. Please take ownership and fix the issue. Please be courteous of other people time. Shouldn’t be my job to chase you and your team to fix an issue caused by you

    @Fidomobile using roaming in US. Calls do not go through to US or Can. Tried in Texas FL and NC. Did all on help. So frustrating

    For those in #Canada who are on @Fidomobile, who suffered due to there 'outage' in July. The company wont listen to your complains, they will lie to you, and then ignore you. Go to the CRTC, get a lawyer - make an example from them. #fido

    @Fidomobile why do you keep suspending my partner’s account? He has called customer service multiple times, they said they have fixed it but he again he cannot log into the app because it’s been suspended. For what ?!

    It’s been 6 months using @Fidomobile and they still send me the extra bill charges and whenever i try to call them they put me on hold or disconnect the call. What kind service is this @Fidomobile . I think they don’t care to provide any after sale service to customers.

    @Fidomobile hey Fraudo! I ordered a device on 30th July and still haven't received it. Every time I try contacting customer care I'm asked to wait. Haven't seen a more lousy enterprise ever. What's up?
