@Fidomobile Hey! I am in Ottawa and haven’t had wifi for 3 days due to storm.. they’re saying it might be another 2 days before we get it back. As a loyal customer of over 20 years w Fido is it possible to get additional data?!? I have a 2.5 year old and she needs entertainment!

@Fidomobile I understand the outage is not the company's fault. However 6 days of not internet service, with no informative updates or effective temporary solutions is. Customers are in the dark about why its taking so long and the same cookie cutter response is not sufficient.

Is it just me or is @Fidomobile 's data spotty on weekends? Fine Monday to Friday, crappy on weekends. They must turn the power down on Saturday and Sunday.

@Fidomobile is one major failure in customer service. Customer beware. They will charge you fees for this and that and say the machine did it. Collection action then ensues. Amazing what these guys get away with

@FidoSolutions I completely recognize that it is not the staffs fault. I did call in for a solution and the only options given were a 5GB bonus which did not last long or increase my data plan. My frustration is with the company that is doing nothing to support its customers.@Fidomobile

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

what happened to @Fidomobile they use to be so amazing w customers even better because you never needed customer service. Now it’s seems every issue takes 4 calls/transfers. And then a follow up bc of issues. I just wanna give you my money and have a plan & phone that works 😢

Two separate calls, 45 minutes later and @Fidomobile customer retention keeps hanging up every time a costumer service rep transfers me. A complete waste of my morning.
