    I've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

    Wooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

    @Fidomobile wonderful ask Jack doesn’t really work. I wanted to know if there’s an RCS outage and it wanted to have me talk to someone in two days I live in the GTA is there an RCS outage

    @Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?

    @Fidomobile has the worst access to customer service and technical support I've had in my life. I think I made a huge mistake signing up with them! #mobilefail

    @Fidomobile My case was closed without any explanation on 2g use. C214095741 Waited 2 hours on call 4 transfers and no resolution.

    @yoshiboost @Fidomobile Absolutely. And I am not even talking about deals or discounts. It’s just basic ask to get connected to a customer service agent. These companies need a telling.
