    @Fidomobile what’s happening i cant call nobody. It keeps sayin “call failed” is there an outage or sum?

    @Fidomobile 4- After few minutes again I tried to chat with tech support. But as soon as chat window open I got a message that agent closed the chat!!!! Finally at 23:59 I connect to another agent and explain the issue. (Conversation picture attached)

    What happened to the home internet in Richmond Hill, ON? Very unstable connection. Ping to the Rogers DNS resulted 35% packets loss.@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps

    @candaysium @Fidomobile They brought it down by $455 as they received a returned phone in July. The activation fees that were waived when we signed up, are still on @Fidomobile wants me to pay those although they never should have been on.
