    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile This issue has been ongoing since Nov 2025. I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService

    @Fidomobile Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider.

    Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile
