@Fidomobile They charged me & $90 for home internet and all of a sudden put my account on hold And no one can’t get it back I list the opportunity of making almost $8000 since this issue
@Fidomobile I accepted a plan upgrade for the same cost as the previous. No mention that any existing discounts would be cancelled. Very misleading. Buyer beware. Unhappy customer.
@Fidomobile Hi Team, At the time of buying a new connection, i was told that my US calling is free but i got charged for the same. Customer care won’t be of much help. Can we please look into it and do the needful.

Update (+2 hours): The only solution offered so far is that I should clear my cache. I've switched computers, tried different browsers, you name it. Is this really how you treat your customers, @Fidomobile?
