@Fidomobile I've kept my account and those of my family at full capacity through the pandemic in case we needed to use them. If they're not there when I need it, why am I paying almost $300/month for my family's service? Short answer: I sure won't be now.

So I can't sign up for my vaccination because @Fidomobile service is down. The one time I've needed a phone the whole pandemic. Not at all happy.

@mysoulblazing @Fidomobile In all honesty I can wait a bit, we're in a fortunate situation here and in reality I do have time. But I shouldn't have to, and Fido's service let me down, and I pay a lot, and I'm not going to keep doing that because now I realize it's been for nothing.
