Public service announcement. If you’re thinking about switching to @Fidomobile do yourself a favour and don’t. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Spent close to 7 hrs this week on hold. They don’t care about you and just want your money for a substandard service

Hey @Fidomobile ,@FidoSolutions someone has hacked my account and is ordering stuff on it and yet I can’t reach anybody at Fido. Can someone help before they take over my phone again!This is second time in 3 months! You guys have a security problem!

This is not the first time I've had to deal with their pathetic service, so shame on me for thinking they might be worth considering. Anyhow I'm in the market for a new plan. Perhaps @Fidomobile can offer something? I cannot wait to be rid of the pathetic excuse called @Eastlink

Went to @TELUS store to replace my 3 yr old phone... after 45 mins of listening to the rep breakdown plans and offers, i’m told my account is too new for any of the offers to be honoured. If it wasn’t for the Canada/US plans I need for work I’d never leave @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile Fido is a **** division of Rogers. Constant Chinese fido crank calls, no solution besides blocking number but doesn't work because always changes....terrible company, the worst @Rogers

I am here to let you guys know about how Fido and Rogers deal with the customers. I signed up for Fido internet and they sent me a cracked modem. After a couple of hours chit chat with customer care they sent me another modem. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

Warning concerning @Fidomobile Customer Service is terrible & internet service for the the past month is not consistent in Mississauga. @FidoSolutions make it very difficult to get on to real people. Beware before you purchase home internet!
