@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They also did NOT Warn customers of any outages, any potential outages or that “routine” updates could even cause such an outage. If I knew the service I pay for on a monthly basis could be cut off at any moment like that for such a routine thing...

  • maplelake13 Mike (@maplelake13) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile what a joke its making you feel better by giving your customers a credit to the equivalent of 1 day? The day we had no service anyway? Do you think your clients are happy about the 1 day credit that may be only $2-$3 per...yet alot of people lost more (1of2)

@rishabhkhullar @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Pandemic or not, no provider can guarantee service.

I’m ready to just cancel all my services with @Rogers and @Fidomobile This company just isn’t prepared to support me the way I need them to.. and to think that all my services are with them..

  • Absinthglass Absinthe (@Absinthglass) reported

Please explain how your advisors in the Office of the Presisent are permitted to provide support par service, provide no useful information to resolve issues while permitted to be argumentative with customers @Fidomobile I will be making all communications public on social media

  • Gelasou3 Gela (@Gelasou3) reported

@Fidomobile are you going to be crediting your customers for the inconvenience of not having service for a whole day?

  • onedamnloyalfan Patricia (@onedamnloyalfan) reported

    Another Fido outage? 😔 @Fidomobile @RogersHelps

  • teacheramirah teacheramirah (@teacheramirah) reported

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile Interesting how the service interruption occurred last week and mentioned we’d see a credit for the inconvenience. However, i’m still been charged the same fees. A bunch of lies

  • lonerstoner6941 lonerstoner69420 (@lonerstoner6941) reported

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Correct. But as a company they should let consumers know that such a “minor” ( in their words) update could cause such a major outage. We were not made aware before and not until hours into it.

Are there any cellphone stores open for business so I can get a new cellphone as I will be canceling my cellphone service with @Fidomobile.
