    It’s finals week and @Fidomobile really expects me to wait 2 hours on the phone so I could port in 3 numbers. Port protection has been removed and yet it didn’t work. It’s been more than a week that I’ve been trying to fix this issue. 🥲

    @Rogers and @Fidomobile need to get their system together. Terrible customer service, hour long holds, and random fees/charges make for one absolutely horrible experience.
