@Fidomobile So are you ever going to tell us how critical infrastructure received a software update on a monday morning? Patches NEVER get issued on Mondays in enterprise, so what really happened? How much of our data was stolen?

  • cyril0 Cy Cyril (@cyril0) reported

@exulicus @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I am more interested in the consequences of the update's impact, why was the update applied to all production infrastructure on a Monday morning? How specifically did the update affect your network and wtf guys? This is ridiculous How could you let this happen?

  • lonerstoner6941 lonerstoner69420 (@lonerstoner6941) reported

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Correct. But as a company they should let consumers know that such a “minor” ( in their words) update could cause such a major outage. We were not made aware before and not until hours into it.

@FidoSolutions That is just crazy. Giving credit equivalent to the fee of one day of service!! How about you ask your customers how much money did they lose because of your service being out for that day? Clearly shows how much you care about your customers! #fidooutage @Fidomobile

  • lonerstoner6941 lonerstoner69420 (@lonerstoner6941) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They also did NOT Warn customers of any outages, any potential outages or that “routine” updates could even cause such an outage. If I knew the service I pay for on a monthly basis could be cut off at any moment like that for such a routine thing...

@Rogers @Fidomobile so if I’m late on a payment by 13 seconds you guys are on it but when you have issues for 18 hrs... not a word. I’ll be switching providers end of this month

  • Rebeccaadsett2 Rebeccaadsett (@Rebeccaadsett2) reported

@Fidomobile my internet and you tube very slow i cannot sign in to account it will not recognize me what is happening

  • maplelake13 Mike (@maplelake13) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile what a joke its making you feel better by giving your customers a credit to the equivalent of 1 day? The day we had no service anyway? Do you think your clients are happy about the 1 day credit that may be only $2-$3 per...yet alot of people lost more (1of2)

  • LinosVersion Lino Matteo's Version (@LinosVersion) reported
