    Met a guy at the bookstore today & gave him my number & after I left I realized we’ll never speak again because I HAVE NO SERVICE. @Fidomobile WHY ARE U STANDING IN THE WAY OF ME & MY POTENTIAL FUTURE HUSBAND 😭😭😭.

    @Fidomobile Why has no CSA been able to assist with this issue? Wifi calling in another country when I am on airplane mode and only wifi. I have been charged for this can called twice and tried talking to someone on the online chat many times. It’s not okay!

    @Fidomobile don’t lie on your website saying 1-2 weeks shipping. Your customer services says phones will take 4+ weeks. I ordered online because it was convenient but I would have went to a Fido store if you put 4+ weeks on the we site. ******* blushit

    @Fidomobile one of the worst customer service in Canada. They don’t value customer time and despite escalation there is No response from them.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I upgraded to a recertified s21 about 27 days ago and haven't noticed a amixrofracture on screen, calling support from my 519 area code results in hangup, the times it gets through I get disconnected in about 5 seconds before being able to do anything

    My life is ruined thanks to @Fidomobile They cancelled my account then I uncancelled it. But it's been 2 weeks and Fido has yet to give me back my number. I've talked to 11 different people, everyone has a different opinion but no solution.I'm locked out of my MFA accounts. Help!

    @Fidomobile scammer calling me from 289-659-8194. Feeling apprehensive and ignored from telecommunications companies. How do the Canadian customers file a class action lawsuit against the big telecommunications companies to fix these problems? @DavidLametti
