@Fidomobile My phone wont rlsend or recieve text messages. Resetting network settings only solves the issue for a day. And I can't gind a support phone number to call, I only get directed to a chat bot and my account settings that don't solve the problem

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Worst service ever !! I have not used my data and using wifi and it’s showing your data is paused and data is finished. I think i should switch to some other provider now

@Fidomobile, why is it hard to speak to a person & why is the default customer service set at passive aggressive and dismissive with vague answers to straight questions? Not enjoying being judged by the company I've been with for 25 years & treated like I don't deserve answers.

@Fidomobile Hi Fido! I am a seriously dissapointed customer! I really hope I can be helped with my major issue. I made a switch from Rogers to Fido but after my experience, I want to go back to Rogers!
